When React makes sense for a website
A practical look at reusable components, interactive features and choosing the right scope.
React is one option for building a website interface. Choosing it should follow the project’s needs, rather than a claim that one technology is always best.
## Reusable components A page can be broken into components such as navigation, project cards and a contact form. Reusing them helps keep behaviour and presentation consistent.
## Interaction and state Filters, forms and other interactive features need to keep track of changing data. React provides a way to describe an interface in terms of that state.
## Start with the brief For a simple information page, a smaller solution may be enough. Before choosing a stack, consider the content, required features, maintenance and who will make future changes.
